Robert and Diana Moon are local residents in Morgan County. Moon’s Forestry Mulching LLC was an idea we had after we purchased 35 acres of land. While we had a lot of land, we only ever accessed about 5 acres of it due to the underbrush.

“We had to have someone come out and clear out a trail just to use out ATV’s.”

It was then, that we had the idea, that there is a lot of property out there with property owners in the same boat. Robert has 30+ years experience in road construction and so is very familiar with heavy machinery. He has the ability to see the property as it is today and envision how it CAN look tomorrow.

Understanding natural waterways, hills and pathways, his experience and contacts can help you navigate not just the clearing process but also provide guidance on next steps if you are looking to add a driveway or build a barn.

Robert Moon

President

Robert Moon has been in road construction starting off as a laborer and moving to Project Management on major road improvements over 30 years in the industry. He also worked as a surveyor for many years . All of this experience and network of contacts gives our customers additional know how for their long term clearing plans such as building a barn, or putting in a driveway. We have a saying in the Moon family, Robert knows someone EVERY PLACE he goes.

Robert grew up in Greene County, lived in Madison and now resides in Rutledge GA.

Diana Dipierro-Moon

Vice President

Diana Moon has been in corporate America working for software technology firms for over 30 years. Diana likes to keep a low profile behind the scenes keeping business administration in line. Diana grew up as an Army brat, stationed in Germany, Alabama, Kansas, NJ. Ultimately, her dad retired from Army and they stayed in NJ where her father was born and raised. When Diana moved to Georgia and she never looked back. Since moving to Rutledge, Diana has embraced the country life by raising chickens, growing a garden and of course helping Robert with Moon’s Forestry Mulching LLC business.
